Our primary service area is Houston and surrounding cities. Other contiguous areas are served on request. We are licensed by the state of Texas, certified by the federal Medicare program, and have received national accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, and have contracts in place to serve our Active military and Veteran community, demonstrating our commitment to meeting and exceeding the highest national standards for quality.
