Details
Our agenda is flexible. Sometimes, we may begin with Intros/sharing of intentions followed by drumming for self-expression (not performance). Or we may dive right into drumming, followed by intros & intentions.
At some point, we include a breathing and visualization exercise to clear, cleanse, center and connect within ourselves and without.
The majority of the time we drum - for self-expression (not performance). We include breaks.
Then we close the circle.
Registration:
Regular $10 per person
2-for-1 deal while available
Please dress comfortably and bring water (and your own snack, if needed). Indoor location with back patio and yard by Oyster creek (alligator warning); bathrooms; HVAC. Adults and mature teenagers with accompanying parent(s) can participate. There is a public park across the street for younger children with accompanying responsible adult(s). We welcome veterans and non-veterans, any gender, all faiths or none prescribed, SIBS (secular-inclusive-based-spiritual) event. No experience or drums necessary. If you have a drum, please bring!
