About Champions Kids Camp
Champions Kids Camp
Champions Kids Camp, based in Richmond, Texas, was founded in 2001 by Bill and Kim Nash to provide emotional healing for children aged 8 to 12 who have experienced significant trauma, such as a major illness, personal loss, or the death of a loved one. The camp offers a week-long, immersive experience where children can rebuild their self-esteem, gain valuable social skills, and develop the emotional resilience needed to move forward as survivors, not victims. The camp's mission is rooted in nurturing these young champions and helping them understand their strength and potential through this support system.
Over the years, Champions Kids Camp has touched the lives of thousands of children, guiding them toward brighter futures by instilling confidence, reducing fear and anxiety, and improving their overall well-being. The camp's founders, along with co-founders Jerry and Natalie Lewis, are committed to their shared vision of transforming trauma into triumph, ensuring that every child leaves with a renewed sense of hope and pride.
