About Us

Hi, I’m a native Texan who took a long, interesting path home. After serving in the military, I moved to Alaska to work in the oil fields — and that’s where I met my wife and started learning the ropes of business ownership. While up north, I also discovered how much I enjoyed creating that magical holiday feeling for others to enjoy. We installed lights on our own house — and later for some other friends — which sparked a passion that stuck with us.
A few years ago, we started experimenting with permanent lighting installations, using commercial-grade materials built to handle tough climates. That experience taught us how to design systems that not only look stunning but last.
Now that we’ve settled back in Texas, MistleGlow Christmas Lights brings that same hands-on experience to Montgomery County and the North Houston area. With guidance from a friend in Louisiana who owns a respected Christmas light business, we’ve refined our craft to specialize in premium Christmas lighting and professional-grade permanent installations.
We combine a perfectionist’s attention to detail with a deep respect for our customers’ homes. Every install is done safely, neatly, and built to shine season after season — because that’s what we’d expect for our own home, too.
