Step into a space of growth and resilience with the Mindful Resilience Tools Workshop, led by Brian, a U.S. Marine Veteran, Retired Special Agent, and seasoned yoga instructor. With over two decades of military and law enforcement experience, Brian has dedicated his life to service and now channels that commitment into teaching mindfulness and yoga to veterans. A leader with Veterans Yoga Project since 2015, he brings a profound depth of knowledge, practical tools, and a compassionate approach to help participants foster mental strength and emotional balance.

This workshop offers an immersive experience into mindfulness practices and the science behind them. You’ll explore breathing techniques, mindful meditation, and guided rest designed to recalibrate your nervous system and promote inner calm. Along the way, Brian weaves in accessible insights into neuroscience and your body’s natural responses, empowering you with tools to manage stress and enhance mental clarity.
